Some favorite Heartprint Wedding Photography casual images from a Connecticut wedding in Mystic. The day was beautiful all the way around, from the bride, to the flowers, to the weather to the great food! We can't wait to see what this year brings, it is so much fun being a part of such happy celebrations. Couples ask us all the time what they can do to assure great wedding pictures. Our best piece of advice is to allow plenty of time, and just enjoy the moment. During your first dance together, for example, laugh, kiss, cry, dip...and leave it to us to capture each of those moments as they unfold!

We love to do one year old portraits, it is such a fun age; starting to walk, starting to talk and explore!Our one year portraits are special. We encourage parents to bring a small birthday cake or cupcake, fun birthday hat, or some really favorite toys to include in the session to make it extra fun! A couple of brightly colored helium balloons is also a really fun treat and photograph so nicely.

Senior week continues...Here are a few images from a session yesterday with a Southbury, CT Pomperaug High School Senior. Don't you love how fresh and bright she looks? She brought the flowers herself, along with a number of different outfits and we went through them together deciding which outfit would work best with each background. That really is something we encourage all seniors to do, bring a variety and we can narrow the choices down at the start of your session. And always feel free to bring along those things you love, your varsity jacket, golf clubs, sports uniform, awards, sunglasses, Uggs...your senior pictures should be all about you!
