Heartprint Photography just got back from the Connecticut Professional Photographer's Association annual Convention, held at the Crowne Plaza in Cromwell, rejuvenated and super excited to try out all the great new wedding and portrait ideas we were shown by some of the industry leaders! We were SO fortunate to have NYC wedding photographer Doug Gordon, (check out some of his work at http://www.douggordonworkshops.com/) provide a hands-on wedding photography workshop, including a Trash The Dress session right in the Crown Plaza pool! As far as his wedding photography goes, let me tell you, this isn't your mama's wedding images! We also had speakers from all over the United States, including David Deutsch , Josh Hudson, Bert and Cindy Behnke, John Hill, Joy Baldridge, Bernie Littlefield, Ricky Montes, and Bruce Hudson! While unfortunately our Monday speakers, JB and DeEtte Sallee, couldn't make it through the storm from Texas, we were privileged to have Richard Esposito as well as Jerome and Jennifer Braga of Studio 1923 fill in at the last minute to share another entire day of instruction on all the latest and greatest photography related innovations! It was an amazing four days of learning, practicing, applying, and socializing with our peers, Thanks to all at CPPA that worked so hard to make this year's convention a success!
